On September 2–4, the “Armeno-Georgica: Armenian-Georgian History and Culture from Antiquity to Modern Period” International Congress will be held at the Holiday Inn Yerevan–Republic Square Hotel (2 King Pap Street). The Congress is organized by the Geghard Scientific and Analytical Foundation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
The Congress is dedicated to a comprehensive study of Armenian-Georgian historical and cultural interactions from antiquity to the beginning of the 19th century.
The Congress will feature conferences, workshops, and roundtable discussions addressing various aspects of Armenian-Georgian relations, including historical, cultural, ecclesiastical, demographic, and historiographical issues, as well as topics related to the development of contemporary relations and the deepening of cooperation.
