The Geghard Scientific-Analytical Foundation, in cooperation with the International Scientific-Educational Centre of the NAS RA and Siedlce University (Poland), is organizing a workshop titled Identity, State-Building, and Myth-Making: Dynamics of Ethnopolitical Processes in the South Caucasus in the 20th Century on April 22, 2026.

The workshop will bring together leading experts from Armenia, Georgia, and Poland.

The event will take place in the Conference Hall of the International Scientific-Educational Center of the NAS RA (24/6 M. Baghramyan Ave., 10th floor, Yerevan).

The workshop will be held within the framework of the research project “Soviet Myth-Making and Ethnopolitical Transformations in the Post-Soviet South Caucasus: Adaptation and Resistance” (25YR-6A009), implemented at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the NAS RA.
