Azerbaijan is a threat to all the countries of the region

The existence of the state of Azerbaijan poses a threat to the Republic of Armenia, especially since 2020. The official narratives from Azerbaijan, along with their territorial perceptions and what they consider to be "historical Azerbaijan," encompass not only the territory of modern-day Armenia but also parts of Georgia, Dagestan (in the Russian Federation), and almost the entire northwestern region of Iran. In other words, Azerbaijan's territorial ambitions are a threat to all its neighbors. This statement was made by Robert Ghazaryan, director of the Geghard Scientific and Analytical Foundation, during an interview at "Aravot."

When discussing Azerbaijani propaganda and their false statements, Ghazaryan specifically highlighted the dangers of the term "Western Azerbaijan."
